ABOUT OTS 

Our company was founded in 1990 by Kathy DeSalvo (nee Nicholson), known then as Occupational Training Services. Kathy had a vision to offer quality instructor led, hands-on training as she noticed this type of training was needed in the industry.  OTS quickly became the Midwest leader for environmental, training services, with a heavy focus on asbestos and lead training. Over the years, OTS continued to attract many students and companies to our training services and eventually expanded our course offerings into the safety and health industry.

By 1996, Kathy decided to expand the company even further by adding a resale division for safety supplies and equipment. At this time the name was changed to Occupational Training & Supply, Inc. As the sales team grew, our product lines expanded and OTS began offering thousands of products and equipment to serve the abatement, demolition and other various industries including construction, government, restoration, weatherization, OSHA safety compliance and more. Today, we continue to service a variety of industries and customers in our training and supply divisions. OTS can provide you with all the tools necessary to do the job, from proper training to proper equipment and supplies. Our business continues to evolve over time to adapt to the needs of our industries and customers but our mission has remained.
