General Training Information
In order to guarantee your seat, you must pre-register with
payment for your selected course. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat.
Payment is due 10 days prior to training course start date. Certificates will NOT be issued without prior payment. If paying by check within 5 days of training course start date, certificate is subject to be held for approximately 10 days after course completion. We accept company checks, cash, money orders, and the following credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
OPEN ENROLLMENT COURSES
Open enrollment courses will be held at our main facility in Willowbrook, IL (see map), unless otherwise notified. All classes will begin promptly at 8:00 A.M., and it is recommended to arrive by 7:45 A.M. on the first day to complete the registration process.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance; otherwise a service charge of $50 will be imposed. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be made. Fees may be transferred to another student within 24 hours of the initial class start.
Every student must be present for the entire length of the class, without exceptions. If any time is missed, your completion certificate could be forfeited.
All necessary class materials will be provided to every student including books, handouts, and a writing utensil.
Breakfast items and coffee will be provided to students, and a lunch break will be provided for attendees to leave the facility or use the break room. Lunch will not be provided. View a list of surrounding restaurants here. Internet access is available upon request.
All students must be able to take a final exam in English. Arrangements to read the test aloud in English may be accommodated.
DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE REQUEST
Certificate copies will be made available at no charge for courses taken within the current year. All other requests will have a $25.00 fee per certificate request. Requests must be made using the form below. Please allow 48 hours to receive duplicate certificate.
