This one-day training course trains renovation, repair and painting contractors and individuals how to work safely in pre-1978 housing with lead-based paint and comply with EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule). Firms must apply separately with the EPA for firm certification.

Who Should Attend:

Renovation, remodelers, painters, electricians, HVAC contractors, plumbers, carpenters, rental property owners, day care providers, school representatives, non-profits, governmental agencies, or any other persons working in pre-1978 housing and child occupied facilities where more than 6 square feet per room or 20 square feet outside will be "disturbed" by worker(s) being compensated for the job.
